Tour Overview

Day 1 - Prague - Loket Castle - Karlovy Vary (160 km)

Departure from Prague to the small town of Loket, near Karlovy Vary. Visit Loket Castle, founded in the third-quarter of the 12th century. Drive on to Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), the world famous spa town. City tour. Overnight in Karlovy Vary.

Day 2 - Karlovy Vary - Bečov nad Teplou - Františkovy Lázně - Cheb (90 km)

Breakfast. Departure for Bečov nad Teplou, a small town with a picturesque Baroque castle and terraced gardens. The castle is well known for the unique Romanesque St. Maur reliquary, of outstanding value, which was found in the chapel in 1985. Continue to the West Bohemian spa town of Františkovy Lázně, for a short stop. Drive on to Cheb, the town connected with the murder of the general of the imperial troops, Duke Albrecht of Waldstein (1634). Walking tour of the city. Overnight in the Mostov Chateau Hotel, near Cheb, or in Mariánské Lázně.

Day 3 - Mariánské Lázně - Prague (170 km)

Breakfast. City tour of Mariánské Lázně (Marienbad), one of the most charming spa towns in the Czech Republic. In the afternoon, return to Prague. The tour ends in Prague.
